Cuttlefish are cephalopods with a soft, torpedo-shaped body and remarkable colour-changing skin. The flesh is tender and sweet with a slightly firm, meaty texture.
They're a joy in Mediterranean-style cooking — grilled with olive oil and herbs, sautéed quickly, or stewed with tomato. Cuttlefish ink is also prized for pasta; give us a call if you'd like some.
