Our smoked and cured range showcases the best of Cornish preservation traditions alongside trusted British smokehouses. We stock cold-smoked salmon, hot-smoked mackerel and trout, gravlax, and a rotating selection of cured and preserved seafood from our deli counter.

Smoking and curing extend the shelf life of fresh fish while concentrating its flavour — these products are ideal if you want the taste of quality seafood with a longer window to enjoy it. Many of our smoked products are vacuum-packed, making them perfect for delivery or as store-cupboard staples.
