About these terms

These terms apply when you place an order through the Pysk website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.

Pysk Ltd (company number 12558630) trades as Pysk. Our registered address is 2 Tidemill House, Discovery Quay, Falmouth, England, TR11 3XP.

Placing an order

When you place an order, your card is authorised but not charged immediately. Our team reviews every order to check availability and quality before confirming. Once we confirm your order, your card is charged and you will receive a confirmation email.

If we cannot fulfil your order (for example, if a product is no longer available), we will contact you to discuss alternatives or cancel the order. You will not be charged for items we cannot supply.

Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Delivery and collection

We offer collection from our shop and delivery to selected areas. Delivery fees and estimated timescales are shown at checkout.

We do our best to meet estimated delivery and collection times, but they are not guaranteed. If there is a significant delay, we will let you know.

For national delivery, orders are sent via overnight courier in insulated packaging. Someone must be available to receive the delivery — fresh fish and seafood cannot be left unattended.

Cancellations and returns

Because our products are fresh and perishable, the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply. Once your order has been confirmed and your card charged, it cannot be cancelled.

If you need to cancel before we have confirmed your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will release the authorisation on your card.

If you receive goods that are damaged, incorrect, or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately. However, fresh fish and seafood are natural products — weights, sizes, and appearance may vary. Photographs are for illustration.

If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us before ordering. Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including fish, crustaceans, and molluscs.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact details and a valid delivery address (if choosing delivery). You are responsible for refrigerating or freezing products promptly after collection or delivery.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We are liable for any loss or damage caused by our negligence or failure to supply goods of satisfactory quality, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, courier delays, or supply shortages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
