Store in the freezer.
Contains: Fish, Celery, Gluten, Milk, Mustard, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Sulphites, Sulphur Dioxide
Once defrosted, heat in a saucepan until simmering. Add raw diced fish and continue to simmer for 4-7 minutes or until fish is thoroughly cooked. Alternatively fry fish separately until cooked.
