Filleting workshop

We’re thinking about running some more fish filleting workshops at the shop in Falmouth — a couple of hours with a fishmonger, a proper knife, and whatever is good that week off the day boats.

It isn’t booked yet, and that’s deliberate. Before we fix a date, a price or a plan, we’d like to hear from the people who’d actually come. Leave your details below and we’ll be in touch as we put it together — including asking what would suit you.

A filleting session at the Pysk shop in Falmouth: several people at stainless steel benches, filleting mackerel on white and blue boards, with a fishmonger in a Pysk apron working alongside them.

What we’ll ask you

  • Which days and times work — evenings, weekends, daytime.
  • What feels like a fair price for a session.
  • What you want out of it — round fish, flat fish, whole-fish butchery, or taking your fillets home to cook.
  • Whether you’d come alone, as a pair, or as a group.

Register your interest

No commitment and no payment — this just puts you on the list.

Just so we can say hello properly.

Only if you’d rather we rang or texted you than emailed. Leave it blank and we’ll stick to email.

We'll keep your details until you ask us to remove them, or for two years after we last heard from you, whichever comes first. We don't share them with anyone outside the tools we use to run Pysk. Privacy policy.
