Mobile Terms of Service

The Pysk text message service (the “Service”) is operated by Pysk Ltd (“Pysk”, “we” or “us”), company number 12558630, registered at 2 Tidemill House, Discovery Quay, Falmouth, England, TR11 3XP.

Using the Service means you agree to these terms. We may change or withdraw the Service, or any part of it, and we may update these terms. If we do, continuing to use the Service means you accept the change.

If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us or on our behalf, to the mobile number you gave us, through your network provider. This applies even if your number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) or Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS), because you have given us your permission directly.

Messages may be sent automatically. They may include news about what has landed, recipes, offers, and information about an event or workshop you registered interest in.

You do not have to join this programme to buy anything from us. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase, and taking part is entirely voluntary. You can order from Pysk exactly as normal without ever receiving a text.

We do not charge for the Service. You are responsible for any charges your own network provider applies to receiving text messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan or ask your provider if you are unsure.

You can opt out at any time, and there are two ways to do it:

• Tap the unsubscribe link in any text we send. Every message carries one.
• Or email us at fish@pysk.co.uk and ask to be removed.

Our texts come from a sender name rather than a phone number, so replying to one will not reach us — including replying STOP. Please use the link or email instead. We would rather tell you that than let a reply disappear.

Once you opt out we will stop sending texts. Stopping texts does not stop our emails, and unsubscribing from emails does not stop texts — tell us if you want both to end and we will remove you from everything.

For help with the Service, email fish@pysk.co.uk. As above, replying to a text will not reach us, so email is the way to get an answer.

Please give us a mobile number that is yours and is correct. If you change number, you will need to sign up again with the new one, as we have no way of knowing it has changed.

We may change the sender name or number we send from. The unsubscribe link in each message and the email address above work regardless, which is why those are the routes we give you.

Network providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and text messaging is not a guaranteed means of delivery. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for messages that fail, arrive late or go to the wrong place, for errors in them, or for anything you do or do not do in reliance on them.

None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer, and nothing here excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. In short: we only text people who asked us to, and we never share your text-message opt-in or your consent with anyone else.
