Tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, acidity regulator: citric acid), onion, water, ginger, garlic, red chilli, rapeseed oil, salt, Madras curry powder [turmeric, fenugreek, mustard seed, coriander seed, cumin, salt, cinnamon, dried chilli, black pepper, cardamom, cayenne pepper, curry leaves].

Once defrosted, heat in a saucepan until simmering. Add raw diced fish and continue to simmer for 4-7 minutes or until fish is thoroughly cooked. Alternatively fry fish separately until cooked.
